Virtual viewings are becoming the best way of ‘visiting’ properties in the UK and using 360° photo tours makes the process so much more fun. This one from shows a local flat in Ebbsfleet, Kent.
This set of images shows some of the aspects of 360° panoramas and scenes when compiled into a dedicated virtual viewing that is easily added to property listings or embedded into websites. With a virtual viewing like this, you can see the relationship of each room with each other room, as well as the connecting spaces such as corridors. The small carat arrow at the bottom of the tour opens up a ribbon of images also in the tour so you can click through to any space you feel like. Of course, starting at the beginning of the virtual viewing means you can follow the hyperlink icons (carat arrows in small circles) from scene to scene. At the entrance, you can see the common areas used to access the flat. If you need lead generation or even live video links to people viewing the virtual tour, all of these aspects are easily incorporated on these tours and I can send the lead generation input to any email address you’d like.
As well as these additional features of these tours, you can incorporate videos (generally hosted on third party sites such as YouTube), standard photographs – either hosted by you, by me or uploaded to the tour site – and include hyperlinks to other websites such as your own.
Incidentally, if you wanted to immerse yourself in the virtual viewing with a virtual headset, my tours will work in that way with a simple click of an icon (to the right of the tour window) and moving from scene to scene is via a simple bright hyperlink ‘dot’ in the middle of the viewer’s sight. Hovering for a few seconds over the dot automatically moves you to the connected scene – no need for a mouse.
If you would like to discuss how you could incorporate a virtual viewing 360 photo tour to your website or marketing materials, email Bresserphotos or call on 07795 071446, or simply use the lead generation form in the tour above (click the little form icon bottom left). Or find more details on my 360 tours page.
Incidentally, if you are viewing this page on a browser that has blocked third party cookies, you will need to activate them so you can see these tours.
